What We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. This includes but is not limited to:

- Device identifiers or IP addresses
- Usage data, analytics, or telemetry
- Advertising or tracking identifiers
- Crash reports or diagnostics
We do not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use the App.
How Your Data Is Stored
All documents you import and all data the App generates from those documents are stored locally on your device only. We do not operate any servers that store your data. There is no cloud synchronization, no remote backup, and no way for us to access the data on your device.
Your app preferences (such as display theme) are also stored locally on your device.
Network Requests
The App connects to the internet in four limited situations. In all cases, only non-personal operational identifiers are sent:
The App sends standard airport identifier codes (ICAO codes, such as "KJFK") to a public aviation weather service to retrieve current weather reports. No personal information is included in these requests.
For departures from certain airports, the App may send a flight number to the airport's public information service to retrieve operational clearance data. No personal information is included in these requests.
When you request it, the App sends standard airport identifier codes (ICAO codes) to a public aviation data service to retrieve current ATIS (Automatic Terminal Information Service) reports. No personal information is included in these requests.
For departures from certain airports, the App may send a flight number and airport codes to a public flight information service to retrieve expected route data. No personal information is included in these requests.
No other network requests are made. We do not send your documents, flight data, or any personal information to any server.
Third-Party Services
The App does not include any third-party advertising, analytics, tracking, or social media frameworks. We do not share your information with any third party for any purpose, including marketing or advertising.
Do Not Sell
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to anyone. Since we do not collect personal information, there is nothing to sell.
The App Includes a Public Airport Database
The App contains a read-only database of publicly available airport information (such as coordinates, runway data, and airport names). This database does not contain any personal data.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
Your Rights
Under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations), you may have rights regarding your personal data, such as the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data. Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no personal data for us to provide, correct, delete, or transfer.

Data Deletion
You can delete all App data at any time by removing the App from your device. Since no data is stored on our servers, deletion from your device is immediate and complete. You can also delete individual items from within the App.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
